1. The apartment is ready for the tenant at 2:00 p.m.

2. Upon departure (until 11.00 a.m.) the apartment is to be left in a clean state: dishes have to be washed and garbage disposed of. In case of the necessity of a final cleaning this can be charged to the tenant.

3. The tenant is obliged to make up for any damage caused by him/her and report it to the landlady.

4. He/she is as well obliged to handle the apartment and its equipment with care. He/she has to ensure orderly cleaning, airing, and heating.
   

5. In case of loss of keys the tenant will be charged with 100,-- Euros.

6. The barbecue in the garden has to be cleaned after use. Otherwise the tenant will be charged with 10,-- Euros.
   

7. In case of imminent danger the landlady or her representative have the right to access the apartment at any time.
   

8. Liability is excluded for all items in the apartment belonging to the tenant.
   

9. Confirmation of the booking after a positive answer on the request is regarded as binding reservation or tenancy agreement. In case of later cancellation the provider is entitled to claim compensation from the tenant for booking loss.
   

10. Cancellation fees:
    Up to 30 days before date of arrival 20%,
    29 - 8 days before date of arrival 30%,
    7 - 1 days before date of arrival 80%,
    on date of arrival 100% of the complete booking value.
    

11. In case of earlier departure the complete rental price has to be paid.
    

12. Additionally the tenant has to pay a service charge of 5,-- Euros to the provider in case of cancellation.
    

13. The agreement is valid even if one of the clauses should be void.
